About the role

Team members provide exceptional guest service in a movie theatre environment, working at the box office, concession stand, or as an usher. The role involves handling cash, operating POS systems, and ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for patrons.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the Box Office and Concession POS systems, accurately handling cash, credit cards, gift cards, and coupons.
• Upsell premium viewing experiences (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote the Regal Crown Club program.
• Assist guests with ticket sales, seat directions, and answer phone inquiries in line with the guest service philosophy.
• Maintain cleanliness of auditoriums, lobby, restrooms, and vending equipment, and perform end‑of‑show cleaning.
• Enforce MPAA rating policies, conduct crowd control, and perform in‑theatre inspections for picture and sound quality.

Required profile

• Completion of the cast certification program or progress toward it.
• Ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 60 lb, and perform routine cleaning tasks.
