Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our construction services team in Tafuna. The role focuses on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, supporting the sales pipeline, and contributing to the growth of our residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Research potential clients and upcoming construction projects.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists.
• Initiate contact through calls, emails, and in‑person meetings.
• Coordinate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or lead‑tracking tools.
• Follow up consistently to advance prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Prepare basic sales presentations or summary documents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Support the development of strategies to increase inquiries and conversions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to generate and nurture new leads.
• Strong communication and sales presentation skills.
• Solid research capabilities to gather market and project information.
• Experience with CRM or lead‑management tools is beneficial.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and project teams on‑site.
• Prior experience in construction, real estate, or B2B sales is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
