About the role

Legion Health is seeking board‑certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to deliver evidence‑based psychiatric care via telehealth. This remote position offers full‑time or part‑time schedules, allowing clinicians to work from home while practicing at the top of their license.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence‑based guidelines.
• Provide ongoing telehealth follow‑up visits, monitoring patient progress and adjusting care as needed.
• Collaborate with experienced psychiatrists for case consultations and peer reviews.
• Document encounters in the electronic health record and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Current licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the United States.
• Demonstrated clinical excellence and patient‑centered care.
• Ability to work independently with clinical autonomy while engaging in collaborative case discussions.
• Strong commitment to compassionate, high‑quality mental health care.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
